How can I get help understanding EPA regulations so I can make sure that my company or business is compliant?

The Office of Compliance and Enforcement (OECA) can provide compliance assistance. Contact information for OECA may be found here: http://www2.epa.gov/enforcement/forms/enforcement-contact-us

You may also want to contact your EPA Regional office for compliance assistance. Each regional office contains documentation and statistics on environmental issues specific to the states over which they have jurisdiction. For a list of the EPA regions please view the About EPA web site and click on the link for "Regional Offices": http://www2.epa.gov/aboutepa

The Sector Notebook series is a unique set of profiles containing information for specific industries and governments. Unlike other resource materials, which are organized by air, water and land pollutants, the Notebooks provide a holistic approach by integrating processes, applicable regulations and other relevant environment information.

Additionally, you may wish to review the websites for the Compliance Assistance Centers which are linked from the Compliance Assistance Center introduction page. Compliance Assistance Centers help businesses, local governments, and federal facilities understand and comply with federal environmental requirements and save money through pollution prevention techniques: http://www.epa.gov/compliance/assistance/centers/index.html

You may also find it useful to contact your state environmental agency for information on any additional state or local compliance information: http://www2.epa.gov/home/state-and-territorial-environmental-agencies
